I Am Baybie chosen as Literary Fiction finalist by IPNE
April 4, 2014 -The Independent Publishers of New England awarded Magic Hill Press‘ recent release of I Am Baybie by Bill Schubart a “finalist” in their “Literary Fiction” category at their annual meeting.
I Am Baybie, the first person narrative of a blind Manhattan street-singer, has received glowing recognition from several writer-colleagues as a “great and unique American voice.”
